The Sana Mobile Sales Assistant for Microsoft Dynamics® AX and NAV allows sales agents to take orders where the business is: at their customers.
Sana Commerce is the e-commerce platform that uses Microsoft Dynamics business logics and data integrally. This ordering app extends real-time and off-line availability of inventory, stock and customer specific prices from Dynamics NAV and AX to the iPad. Orders are processed directly; prospects can be created and sales agents can represent their customers. Furthermore, pending orders and order history can be accessed from within the app.
The Sana Mobile Sales Assistant app not only allows for catalogue browsing, it supports quick order taking using order lists as well. Order lists can be maintained through the Sana Commerce back office. This web client also provides content management tools for the app in which banners, product images and other content can be managed.
The app supports our fashion add-on as well, integrally. Color-size matrices, including real-time stock indication and a shopping basket that allows a break-down per variant, comes with the app.
The ‘Go off-line’ button synchronizes all basics to the iPad, allowing full freedom in order taking when not online. The catalogue can be browsed and orders can be taken. When within reach of wifi again, simply press ‘Go online’ to sync orders, and have full access to your Dynamics items and order history.
The Sana Mobile Sales Assitant app is a mobile extension of the Sana Commerce Framework for sales agents, fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX and NAV.
